"My car was on it's last leg and I've been doing my research and I've been shopping around for a Kia, didn't know what kind I wanted but I did know I wanted a Kia, I looked at Renton Kia and I called and made an appointment to come in and look around and Tony, came up to us and asked if he could help us and I told him what I wanted and he brings out a Ford Focus, and its not what I wanted and it did have great mileage and a nice year but it's not what I wanted. I wanted a Kia, He showed me a Kia Sportage and it what I liked. It was the right price point that I was willing to spent and what I could afford. They knew from the beginning that I wouldn't go over a penny more and if it did I would walk. I didn't feel that I was pressured in any way nor did I feel pressure into something that I didn't want. I felt I had great service from the beginning and I drove away happy. I chose Renton Kia because I heard such great things about them and it was highly recommended from a few of my co-workers who had great service from them as well. I just wanted to get a car that I could depend on, as well low miles and a decent price, and in return I got what I wanted. My husband even wants to trade in his Trailblazer for a Kia, So, by that happening it made a great impression by giving great service and getting what we wanted."
